I bought 7 PSB speakers from Nationwide Stereo & Appliances for $5,810 and 2 of the 7 are defective. Nationwide has not provided any assistance with the warranty. They have refused to replace or even repair these very expensive items that they sold me.

I contacted PSB and they asked for serial numbers to process a warranty. Of course there are no serial numbers so there is no warranty on the PSB speakers that they sold me. AJ says that they don't sell stolen goods by PSB says they won't sell the product to them. Either way 2 of the 7 items are bought are defective.





Here's Nationwide's response to me about the lack of warranty: "How can we sell stolen goods? We run a valid legitimate business for over 25 years now. We’re not in North Rosedale or doesn’t mean we sell stolen goods that’s just a bonehead statement. You don’t have to be an authorized dealer in order to sell a PSB product. Our products don’t come with serial numbers because PSB will not permit their product sold at less than retail price with a serial number. -Aj"
