I filled out the application on 3/28/02 and paid the application fee with an online check. The check cleared my bank on 4/11/02.

I never received any information via email or USPS. I sent over 7 follow-up emails but NO RESPONSE!

I was balancing my checking account. NHES sent the same check through to my account and it cleared again on 6/27/02. I am in the process of trying to get the money back through my bank.

I'm also trying to find a way to get my money back from these people from 4/11/02 for breach of contract. According to the website, you will get a 100% refund if we don't received at LEAST 10 OFFERS in 14 days. Not only did I not get anything in 14 days, I still haven't received anything 3 months later.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!

You can contact the Attorney Generals office in Illinois, the Consumer Fraud Division at 217-782-1090. They will send you a Consumer Complaint form. The state of Illinois may be able to help get your money back!
