National Consumer Resource Center - Florida ripoff did not pay bills on time and interest rates went up, so I had to start paying more, creditors still called my house, months after I had signed up ripoff ripoff fraud business ripoff waste of time Coconut Creek Florida .....

I started the program in 2002, because I had a lot of bills that I needed to consolidate, so I contacted them.

I gave them a list of my creditors, and they said they were going to contact them and tell them that I was enrolled in their program.

They contacted some of them, but not all of them, so my interest rates went up on my big accounts.

They actually lost my first check that I sent through the mail, but they never contacted me to tell me they didn't recieve it. I called them because I noticed it hadn't went through my bank yet.

When I called them, they then stated that they hadn't recieved it, so I asked them if they could take my payment over the phone, and they responded that they didn't have that service set up yet.

So I had to send another check. During this process, they told me they were going to get this clear with my creditors, but unfortunately, they didn't.

Some of the creditors dropped me from the program, and I contacted NCRC, and they said they were going to call all of them again.

I gave it some time, then I started recieving my notices, and my bill were higher than what they were previously. I called NCRC, and they said it shouldn't be like that, and they were going to contact the creditors.

Nothing changed, I just had to move my payment higher, because the interest rates went up.

I got into this program to save money, not to be ripped off and lied to.

So will you please help me.

Thank You

I had one incident with them, and it was at the beginning of the service, when my check got lost. They said they never recieved it, and I called because I was upset because my original amount to pay had advanced. Overall there customer service department was very nice to me. I filed the rip off report late, because I just found out about it, but I am sorry for all of the trouble that I have given National Consumer Resource Center. Everyone just needs to work together to get things accomplished.

Thanks,
