I saw an ad for a beautiful Garnet Ring FREE, with $4.95 shipping and handling. It was order by phone only. I called and they asked if I would like to examine matching jewelry for free. I said sure. When I received it, I kept the 'free' ring and immediately returned the others with a request to 'cancel' any other items. Meanwhile, they had phoned me and asked if I would like to examine some silver jewelry FREE OF CHARGE. I said yes. I kept receiving packages from them and, without opening, wrote 'refused' on the packages and put them back in the return mail. When I received my first credit card statement, I was charged the following: 04/11/07: 6.99 P&H, 6.99 P&H, 39.99 Silver Jewelry 6.99 P&H, 6.99 P&H, 39.99 Garnet Jewelry. 04/18/07: $4.95 Garnet Ring (the orignial order) 04/20/07: 6.99 P&H, 6.99 P&H, 39.99 Silver Jewelry Immediately, I phoned and told them not to send any more jewelry of any kind. They claimed they had not received any of the packages back and could not credit my account until they were received. The following month my credit card statement showed more charges: 05/10/07: 6.99 P&H, 39.99 Garnet Jewelry 6.99 P&H, 39.99 Silver Ring They now claim that they have issued a credit for the jewelry, but say that they cannot issue a credit for the P&H. I did not agree to pay P&H except on the first "free" ring. They said they issued the credits on 05/29/07, but my credit card has not posted any credit as of today! I will contact the Better Business Bureau in their area, also. Jo Coeburn, Virginia
