We ordered two gold clad coins for $19.95 each plus $4.95 shipping/handling.

We received a confirmation email stating we ordered additional items (THAT WE DID NOT AGREE TO ORDER) making our total order $337.75.

We DID NOT order item numbers 19286 and 18193.  We have tried ALL day calling the customer service number 1-800-452-4381.  This recording states they are open Monday - Thursday 9am - 6pm and Friday 9am - 3pm.   However, when we've called this number (numerous times throughout the day) the recording states their office is closed, although we are calling within their business hours.

We know these are fradulent charges that are billed to us and have contacted our bank alerting our accounting department.   This is not ethical or fair by the National Collectors Mint company.    Just think of the many people, perhaps elderly folks or folks, like us, with limited resources that are being scammed and lied to by this company.  Our hope is that we will not be billed for these unauthorized charges and that this company will be punished for their unethical and dishonest acts and behaviors.

We plan to report this terrible and unhonest situation to the Kentucky Attorney General's Office and also to the Better Business Bureau, as well.  Scams like this should be stopped immediately -- this advertisement was on national tv and shatters any trust that people have in trying to invest in gold coins, etc., for their future.
