National Auto Transport Worse experience ever Do Not use this Company Ever Miami Florida

I contracted to move a Brand New car from California with Luis Medina @ National Auto Transport on July 31st. Initialy he told me that he had a truck in the area and they could pick the car up on Saturday Aug 3rd, then later revised to Monday "to be safe". After several phone calls the car was finally picked up on Aug 9th. At the time of the reservation Luis quoted me 725.00 when the contract came it was 775.00. Now, here was my big mistake. My wife signed the contract because we were on a deadline and did,t check with me.

When I called Luis back, during the quest for a pick-up date. He said oh no problem we can fix that after we get the pick-up issue resolved. Needless to say this has never happened, and now he has said the 725.00 rate was never quoted. After the car was picked up we were told , again by Luis that we should get the car on the following Monday or Tuesday. We have made several calls to get the quote issue resolved , no phone call were ever returned.

I finally was able to speak with Walter in the "No" Customer service department and was told that the car would not arrive for 7-10 days.

So to sum it all up: Not one thing I was told was true
Not one phone call was returned...even from the President of the company. Suprise suprise And oh by the way, if you call there you will be lucky to get through you first sentence with out being put on hold.
