They agreed to ship car from South Bend,IN to Monterey, CA. Collected $200 deposit. The terminal they specified in SBN refused to accept car and said they would no longer do business with National. Said last time they accepted a car, it sat for four months and owner had to fly back to pick it up. National just ignored requests to ship it.

When I asked National for a refund, they agreed on the phone. But when I checked with my credit card company, not only had they not refunded the $200 they fraudulently charged another $200. I have tried repeatedly to reach them by phone but I am only put on hold and left there.

These guys are criminals and have defrauded me of $400. They will simply tell you anything and promise anything with no intention of delivering. They must be comfortable that they can get away with it. To just casually add more charges to a credit card because they have the number, says that they are not worried about any repercussions.

One truck driver I talked to said they are just some folks with a computer and phone lines.

Hope the law catches up with them.
