Nathan sold me a home in The Villages florida which contained a gross defect and failed to disclose it. The owners, listing agent, Realty Executives, inspection company and the selling agent Nathan Piotrowski were well aware of the problem.
Nathan was advised that a potential problem existed but being a rookie agent he failed to follow up and investigate. I discovered a foundation crack the length of the home. He is a rookie agent only interested in a commission.
If you intented to purchase a home in The Villages of Florida area avoid Nathan Piotrowski he doesn't have the skill set required for the home sale profession.

What is the MAIN PURPOSE of this agent? It's to SELL the house and get the commission. Do you actually think he's looking out for you??? Anybody with COMMON SENSE would hire their own inspector to go over the property.
That inspector works for YOU and has YOUR interests in mind. You FAILED to do that! I would also bet you did t even hire your own attorney to review this purchase and all the disclosures and paperwork, did you?
