Namielle Company refused refund Vernon CA, and China

I returned a pair of sandals that were badly fitting and uncomfortable. They were unworn. I sent them in the original packaging and via UPS. They said their return policy was subject to their approval. I note that they have since changed their return policy -- it's much more detailed but still doesn't allow for poor fit!

I contacted them, prior to mailing back the sandals, and asked to return them. I didn't hear back. I mailed the sandals and they said because I didn't adhere to their return policy they wouldn't refund. Vernon CA, and China (address unknown).
