I allowed NACS to get my bank information to perform an ACH transaction thinking that I would finally have a chance to rebuild my credit. At least this is what they said. After I got off the phone, I began to feel a little uneasy about my decision. The next day I went to my bank and filled out an Affidavit. Which is perfectly legal and within your right to prevent companies from ACH transactions.

3 years later, when I began paying attention to my Credit Reports, I noticed that they had reported me to the credit bureau. I thought this was settled with them. Nope. They listed that I owned them $325. I called them with the number I got from the Reporting agency, and I too, spoke with "Eric". I question Eric about this "situation" and why he was reporting on my report. He told me that I gave a recording contract. I told "Eric" to play that recording back for me. "Eric stated that he could not reproduce this because recordings over 2 years old are "computer archived" and he couldn't play this for me at this time. Whatever.

The credit Bureau "Experian" said that because they had personal information that they were ligitimate. BULL. This is the Credit Agency NACS tends to report to. Well, after months and months of attempting to get NACS off of my credit report, NACS is still there. Luckily, I was able to clean my credit enough to purchase a home. The Title company made me pay NACS $325 to close on the house, so this was a lose-lose situation for me. And they are still on my credit report. I never ever got anything from them. Not even a letter saying "SUCKER".

I want to help bring them down because this is not FAIR. First you get a call in your home, ripped off, and if you don't pay them, it stays on your report.

Oh yeah. You will be lucky to find a physical address on NACS. I had to get mine from EXPERIAN. You will be lucky to talk to "Eric" too. He seems to be away from the office most of the time. Spending our money, I suppose.
