i received an e-mail first offering me all kinds of credit for my business. telephoned them and got a long sales pitch on the phone so i gave them my checking account information. he told me i could pay in two installments so i gave him JAN 15 and JAN 31 to draft my account. a couple of days after thinking about it, i changed my mind. so i telephoned back to cancel, and could not ever get a human on the phone, just voicemail. i left several messages requested to not draft my account, i did not want their services and had changed my mind. This was two weeks prior to the draft date. No one ever called me back or answered my emails. they drafted my account anyway. So I go to my bank and tell the banker about it closed my account after 10 years, and opened a new one. And to my surprise they were able to draft my new account on the 31st without even having my account number. i then began e-mailing and calling with no response. then i received a package from them from FED EX with a sales book and a plaque. I returned it with a letter stating a iwanted a full refund for the $696.00. After threatening them with the Better Business Bureau and reporting them for fraudulant behavior, they wrote back and said no refund. Said they weren't selling a consumer product and they had spent money on my membership. I again said i wanted a full refund and they said never happen.
