This company grossly misrepresents their service.  The idea is to shop online in US from abroad and then deliver to US and they ship to you if you are out of the country.  When they quoted their fee, it was very misleading and they made it seem that the cost included all forms and fees to get my Amazon ordered laptop $550 to me in Mexico.  I paid them $70.  It arrived it their facility in Florida and then took almost a week to leave Florida to ship  to Mexico. 

Once in Mexico I was alerted not by them but by Mexico Fed Ex that I would pay import taxes.  I had researched this and expected it 16% so was prepared to pay about $85 US in taxes which was fine.  But when the box finally arrived it was made clear that the Mexio Fed Ex charges were also not included.  So I had to pay the $85 tax and an ADDITIONAL $111 to Mexico Fed Ex.  WOW.  In all I paid 50% more than the price of y laptop to get it here and NEVER would have done so if they had been transparent about how it works.  VERY MISLEADING.

Hello
They closed my account for an unreasonable reason and neither send my products not offer a solution. I have a complaint against this company.
I have more than 7 thousand dollars worth of goods at this address. If this is not theft, then what is it?
