I purchased a Mytek Audio Brooklyn Bridge II Roon in April of 2022. I hve yet to receive the device or ANY communication regarding its status.
I have contacted them via email and text 50 times or more over the last year but there is never any response.
Calls to their phone indicate the voicemail is full.
