This is a complaint about a now defunct firm called MyPhotocard Company (MPC) of Irvine, CA and apparently a wholly owned subsidiary of TSIG.com (TeleServices Internet Group)of St.Petersburg, FL.

I invested $19,500 for a protected marketing territory to sell a product similar to a pre-paid phone card; the MyPhotoCard. I was promised a product that practically sold itself; one that cost me a mere $2, one which I placed on consignment with retail locations and fund raising groups such as churches, schools and child-care centers. The fund raisers were to sell the card to end users for $10 and the fund raisers were to keep $5! For their $10 purchase/donation, the end user was to receive 10 free rolls of KODAK film when purchasing discounted film processing via their PhotoCard.

After about 3 weeks of setting up retail locations and fund raising groups, I was shocked to learn from one of my fund raising groups that the promised and published price of processing had suddenly been raised by $2; an increase of 50% for the most often used service (24 exposure film). At the new price, MyPhotoCard was no longer a bargain; no longer marketable.

Due to the limited space of this Rip Off Report text box, I conclude with the frustration I have had in trying to get my money back. Call after call, letters and phone messages go unanswered. I have TSIG & MPC officers and directors names which I will share with BadBusinessBureau if you'll tell me how.
