An advocate called due to an online request for health insurance . They sounded real good and honest but obviously not. They have been deducting the prems from my bank account since Febuary in the amount of 313.00. The last thing I received from them were papers for my doctor to complete for my presecriptions. All was mailed back to them March 9th. I have not received any response and needless to say my  prescriptions are very important for my health. I have called 'several' times and am placed on hold. I have waited on the phone for over an hour at a time with no response. I have also left several messages and phone number requesting a call back, with no response. I have not attempted to use the doctor coverage, that will most likely be a rip-off also.

I think these people are rip-offs. If you can't get in contact with your provided they are of no use. Don't get involved with them !!!!!!

Chubb Group Ins Co Has Made Good

This report needs to be revised to NOT include the Chubb Group Insurance Company. They have been very cooperative in making thier part good.

They are a very upstanding standing company and appears to be tied up with another company offering their products which happens to not be a reliable company.

Please disregard the complaint on the Chubb  Group Insurance Company.
