SIMPLE ESCAPES applied a monthly $9.95 charge on my credit card. They stole my credit card number (I do not know from where), and I had to get my credit card company to call them with me to actually talk to a real person to remove the charge. They did not apply a credit in the time frame that they indicated. They have been very deceitful and out right lied to me. They need to be blocked from running credit cards because they provide no real service. .
