Complaint Review: MWI*SIMPLE ESCAPES2

hi to all,

I was fraudulently charged by MWI SIMPLE ESCAPES2 for the amount of 139.95 on 12th December, 2002. i was totally shocked with this transction. then i contacted my bank and got the number of the company named 'MWI*SIMPLE ESCAPES2' and their contact number is 877-836-6903.

i called this company and talked with a person. they said that i registered for the K MART's value card. and they charged 139.95 for annual fee. and i argued with them to debit my money back, as i never ever sign this type of card and sign for the annual fee. and today, i got my money bak in my amount.

so friends, call this number and talk them firmly. tell them that you want your money back at any cost, other wise, u r going to file a case against them. and tell them to credit you within a week. otherwise, they will give after 1 or 2 months.

and one more important thing, never ever give your credit card number to any unknown website. like, there are lots of company's pop up advertisement when u surf the net. and accediently you say YES to them, without reading all the terms and conditions of the company. so, NEVER EVER GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO ANY WEBSITE.
