MWI Connections fraudulent unauthorized credit card charges Omaha Nebraska
I received an unauthorized charge of $89.95 to my credit card in Feb 2002 for the second year in a row. This charge occured last year but I did not follow up on it. They claim that I should have received a package in the mail for discounts to all types of entertainment. I did not request or receive this package. I have requested a refund every month since the second charge occured. Phone person is polite, gives me their name and id number, assures me that my account will be credited, but credit has not been received after 4 months. I will participate in any and all class action law suits that any law firm chooses to file.
