Musicians Boulevard ripoff, defrauded, consumer scam, mistreated and abusive, deceptive practices, lack of cooperation, Thousand Oaks California
They offer an agreement to you to rent a musical instrument. Payment could be made by direct bank withdrawal or payments or both. The rental payments would be applied to purchase at any time.
At the end of your last payment, they refuse to apply the credit towards the purchase (as it says in the agreement) and now want full retail value again or ask for a price more than the original. They want double or will refer you to collection agency. The owners are of no help they are in on it. Very abusive
The scam is that the company collects all the money that the instrument is worth, then they want the instrument back for resale and says you missed a payment and breach the terms, so they don't have to sale. All along you think you are buying the instrument. When you correct them of their mistake they tell you no problem( a lie). The problem is never corrected. It goes on and on. They like to screw with you and harass you. Its a big game. They already made their money.
