Multilingual Books Seven Weeks since order, no word, no response to phone message Internet

Seven weeks ago, I ordered 5 foreign-language editions of Le Petit Prince/The Little Prince for a sum of $215.75. I realize that some of the books may be special orders, but I haven't heard back from them; I first left a voicemail there in early October, to which I got no response; a second one in late October; and a third one today. At this point, since they apparently can't get their hands on the books to send me, and are apparently not interested in chatting, I'd like a full refund.

I should point out that I've ordered books from them before, and while those books didn't arrive *either*, they refunded the cost without being asked. This time, they have not. It's evident to me that for whatever reason, they aren't able to get the books they advertise as available, and that they're unable to handle whatever volume of business they get.
