Complaint Review: Muama Ryoko

Muama Ryoko Wifi Booster did not work and it cost me $25 to return items a ripoff. Internet

I brought this product so that I could use it to get on the internet from anywhere that I went. Got the product on the 6th and on the 7th of Dec. I tried to connect it but couldn't. I called the support and we both tried for 3hrs to get it to work. Had problems with the SIM card, and after that got a "limited connection" which did nothing to really connect to the internet. 

 

This piece of plastic did nothing but turn on and glow the display.  We tried to change the wifi service from ATT to T mobile. Had to shut the computer down and disconnect the Ryoko.  The phone support agent told me that because there might be a weak signal that I go out side and see if I could get a better signal, which further proof that their product didn't work at all, since it was suppose to help get you computer to connect on the go, which is false advertisement. 

 

It DID NOT WORK. So I sought to send it back and get my money back. Got the RMA and took it to the Post office, where the clerk informed me that I had to pay $25 to send it back, because Muama Ryoko refused to pay for the return cost.  This sham cost me (89-25 = 64) or 25 is shipping cost. I seek the return of my $25.
