When I bought my first computer, I decided to go with a big name ISP. I thought they would have less bugs and be more reliable, right? Nope. Th first month that I signed up, they billed my credit card 4 times for one account. (I paid $84 dollars for on month of service. I contacted thm immediately, they said that I must have signed up for four accounts, but they would credit my credit card, but I had to fax them a letter explaining the situation. I sent the letter.

Month 2:
I get my credit card bill and not only have I not been credited, but they charged me for two accounts. So I call their supposed "customer service" department and sit on hold for forty minutes. Th woman tells m that sometimes it can tak up to 4 weeks for a credit to show and that she would put down that I now needed to be credited for 4 months.

Month 3:
I gt my credit card bill and not only have I not been credited for the 4 months, but I had been billed for two months again. I calld the "customer service" line again and said that the only way that they could credit me was if I faxed in a capy of my credit card statement. I was then supposed to recieve a letter within ten days tlling me what decision they had made. That was thirty days ago. After about 20 days I wrote them s very angry e-mail saying that I would spread the word if I did not hear within four days that I would be credited. So if anyone reads this... SPREAD THE WORD TO EVRYONE THAT YOU KNOW, this will benefit you as well as me.
