Complaint Review: Performing Musicians Acc./Mr. Roadie

I am a self-employed graphic designer. I designed logos, business cards, posters and booklets for a company called "Performing Musician's Accessories" who market the "Mr. Roadie" products (carts and miscellaneous items for moving amps, guitars, etc).

I was never paid for the designs or business cards that I've already paid the printer for. They still owe me $1,500 from January of 1999. I hired a lawyer to serve papers but they've since moved out of state.
