MPC Computers MPC WILL NOT HONOR 3 YR WARRANTY Internet

I own a Gateway Laptop M675 with a 3 yr ONSITE extended warranty.Backlight went out on my LCD screen. I called MPC to get it repaired and MPC Tech support took my necessary information and found my warranty within their system. However they could not create a work order
for repair and told me they would get back to me. MPC never did.

I called again about 2 weeks later, same story, different tech person. From day 1 they were unable to give me a reference repair number for my phone calls to them. So everytime I call I get a new person and go
through the whole process and story again with same results. They show my warrantee in their system as being up this November, but cant seem to find my pc. Almost 2 months later and I still have had no luck with MPC.

Now being desperate, I contacted Gateway and told them MPC is not honoring my warranty and Gateway simply referred me back to MPC. I even asked Gateway to just give me the name and phone number of a certified repair person in my area and I would pay for it myself. No luck with that. Gateway took my money and either they should refund it or fix it, or resolve my problem.

They both just pass the buck to the other while they have already taken my $300 plus for the extended warranty.
