We own a 1997 bounder motorhome that at the time of this brakedown had only 8408 milesI called our tow service and we were towed to a station in williams az, I then called the chec customer center to report this .This brakedown happened on Sunday july the 11th 1999 I was asked if there was a chev dealer in williams and I told them no .The agent at the chev center then told me to get the motorhome repaired and to pay the bill and send the bills into chev to be reimburse for the work. This is what I did I have sent letter after letter to the offices both in Troy and Detroit Mich. They have givein me the run around every since The last time I talk to them was the week of Febuary 7th and was told that because I did not take my motorhome to a chev dealer that they would not pay the bill. Also when the shop in Williams did the work they also installed the gear off one degree and I had to take it back to the chev dealer here in Kingman to have it put back right, this cost me another 165.00.The first bill was for 176.00 plus 191.00 for the towing .The towing bill was paid by chev, but they refused to pay for the repair bill. Please help. Thanks, Tom McManus Case no990417613
