I have been fired for being a whistle blower from Mosaic Sales Solutions- for reporting to my regional manager Elizabeth Hillyer, and program operations manager Blair Verdette- that merchandisers (Field reps) that worked for me are owed money for the overtime they have worked, and hours they worked that Mosaic says they do not owe them. The Field Reps have their call reports/pay stubs and proof of the hours they have worked.

Some reps are still owed their overtime time as far back as 2003.

Mosaic is also overbilling clients- Kodak/Walmart/Epson/American Express- they are telling reps to enter a certain amount of hours and just spend the time in the stores-even if they have go shopping. Mosaic has 3 sets of books- someone needs to do something to Mosaic- its is against federal wage rights of employees. I cannot afford an attorney for $300 an hour to continue with this. I have contacted Wage & Hours in Arlington Texas- but no one has contacted me since.
There are over 800 employees that work for the program that I was fired from--there are over 1200 field reps total that work for Mosaic.
