I'm not sure who this cilent is since it was submitted anonymously. However, we are very stringent and selective with who we allow into our program for this exact reason... because it doesn't work UNLESS you work it. Chances are, this client didn't show up to the weekly coaching calls or do the work of applying the coaching, and then blames us for their lack of success.
