Monogramhubmonogram.com They charged my mastercard for the two items, the sterling bracelet and the beach bag and after several calls and e-mails never sent the items.

I purchased a sterling bracelet with three initials for my daughter with a groupon for 26.35 and a beach bag, also witha groupon for 10.99 and never received either item. I called four times and left several messages with the order numbers #966940 for the bracelet and #966960 for the beach bag and noone bothers to e-mailkgo4kids@yahoo.com or call me back I really feel frustrated cause they got their money from my mastercard in February 2018 and it's been two months and I feel I've been scammed.I can't believe this company is still doing business with groupon to this day. I see how many complaints they have aand it's unbelievable how they could still be out there in business ripping people off.They should be immediately shutdown so they don't continue to rippoff more people on a daily basis.
