This company closed my account and told me they did not have a reason as to why it was closed gave me a authorization ID told me it was an authorization number lied and said they did not charge me and money was taken out of my account asked for refund and was told it would take 72 hours and it has been over a week unprofessional rude and careless ask for information like social number, middle name, phone number, email address, and physical address when some of that is not even required for verification and they will not tell you what is required stayed on phone with escalation from online department over 2 hours problem not resolved and I was liked to so sad and a inconvenience please run away when dealing buissness with Moneygram.com online department over 729 complaint not including the BBB.org a real waste !!

 This is 2018 and as such, there is NO EXCUSE for ANYBODY to come here and "write" what amounts to one long, run-on sentence with ZERO PUNCTUATION! This is something which is taught in the second grade. Why not find a second grader to rewrite this for you so that it at least makes some sense???
