BE AWARE OF SCANDALOUS ACTIVTIES AND LIES (POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS TO THE HIGHEST):

THE EMPLOYER I WORK FOR HAVE SOME PAYROLL ISSUES OF THEIR OWN FOR YEARS.   WELL RECENTLY AN ISSUE CAME UP.  I WAS GIVEN MORE MONEY THAN EXPECTED AND AFTER SOME CONSIDERATION, I NOTIFIED THE EMPLOYER AND ARRANGEMENTS WERE MADE TO REPAY THE INCREASE OF FUNDS THRU PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS. 

HOWEVER, THE DEDUCTED FUNDS CAME UP IN QUESTION WHICH IS LINKED TO MY MONEY NETWORK PAYCARD.  THE ACTIVITY SHOWS SOME QUESTIONABLE DEBITS AND DEPOSITS THAT I WANTED TO COVER BEFORE I APPROACHED MY EMPLOYER.  FIRST, I TRIED TO RETRIEVE ONLINE CARD ACTIVITY AND WAS UNABLE TO GET ACCESS TO THE INFORMATION (KEPT GETTING AN ERROR MESSAGE).  I TRIED AT LEAST 7 TIMES.  NOTHING! 

THE NEXT DAY I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A GENTLEMAN (HE REALLY WASN'T A GENTLEMAN) CAME ON THE LINE TO ASSIST ME.  HE WENT THROUGH THE NORMAL PROTOCOLS OF QUESTIONS TO VERIFY WHO I WAS. THEN HE SAID HE HAD TO ASK ME THE SECURITY QUESTION RELATED TO THE ACCOUNT.  THE QUESTION WAS REGARDING A TRANSACTION MADE LAST MONTH AND HE WANTED ME TO TELL HIM THE DATE, TIME AND AMOUNT OF THE TRANSACTION IN QUESTION...LIKE HE WAS TRYING TO INSULT MY INTELLIGENCE.  WELL, HE IS THE IDIOT.  I DON'T THINK HE KNOWS WHAT A SECURITY QUESTION IS.   THEY ARE QUESTIONS CHOSEN BY THE ACCOUNT HOLDER WITH SPECIFIC ANSWERS ONLY THE ACCOUNT HOLDER KNOWS.  NOT SOMETHING CUSTOMER SERVICE MAKE UP TO BELITTLE (FOOL/DUMMY).  WELL, THE CSR PERSON QUIETLY HUNG UP ON ME.  WHEN I ASKED WHICH CARD HE WAS REFERRING TO (I HAVE 3 CARDS) HE HUNG UP.  

THE 2ND PERSON WAS A SUPERVISOR THAT I REQUESTED AND HE WAS JUST AS BAD.  HE PROBABLY WAS REALLY A CSR PRETENDING TO BE A SUPERVISOR AND HE WAS UNHELPFUL AND DID NOT CLEAR UP MY ISSUE. MY WHOLE THIS WAS TO GET INFORMATION ABOUT ACCOUNT ACTIVITY AND ACCESS ONLINE.

THE 3RD CSR, WAS A FEMALE NAMED YVONNE AND SHE WAS ALITTLE HELPFUL WITH GIVING ME ACCOUNT INFORMATION BUT IT WAS TOO EXTENSIVE OVER THE PHONE AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD EMAIL ME THE REST OF THE INFORMATION.  GUESS WHAT?  SHE LIED LIKE TWO DOGS OF THE SAME SEX IN HEAT TRYING TO HAVE BABIES!  NO EMAIL AND I STILL CAN'T GET ONLINE TO MY CARD ACTIVITY UNDER HER INSTRUCTIONS.  POOR, POOR, POOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE.   THEIR SERVICE IS POORER THAN THE RECESSION OF THE 1920.  POORER THAN A DIRTY-TRASHY GUTTER.  THEY ALL NEED TO BE FIRED.
