Complaint Review: MojoMarketplace

This is not a rip-off report as it is deceptive verbal assertions. I was charged $149 from MojoMarketPlace and did not call in time for a refund, so I accepted a credit of $149.  I called to find out how to best utilize the credit. As I spoke with the person on the phone, the credit became unavailable. The person said that I couldn't use it for the item in the cart that had previously been available. I asked where I could use it.  After telling me what to look for, for certain pictures, certain names, certain pages, I still could not find these on any page. He said he would have to tell me when and where I could use it.  He finally directed me to a page where I could use the credit for the 'first 14 items' listed on that page.  As I determined what these items were, he changed his mind and said I could only use it for the LIVE advice line. I mentioned that I did not want to use it for that.  He asked what I wanted to use it for.  I said that I wanted to look at a page on the site, for a page to view, and he said that he could change the coupon and make the 1st 14 items available again. I hung up.
