Complaint Review: Modern Miami Furniture

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the bedroom set I recently purchased from your store. I regret to inform you that the bed included in the set is extremely shaky and of substandard quality, falling far below my expectations.

From the moment the bed was assembled, it became apparent that there were significant issues with its stability. Even with minimal movement, the bed frame rattles and shakes, posing a potential safety hazard.

I must emphasize that I expected a higher level of craftsmanship and durability from a reputable store like yours. Unfortunately, this bedroom set has not met the basic standards of quality that I had anticipated when making the purchase. It is deeply disheartening to experience such poor workmanship, especially considering the significant investment I made in this furniture.

I kindly request that you take immediate action to resolve this matter. I would appreciate either a replacement of the defective bed frame with a sturdy and stable one or a complete refund for the entire bedroom set. Additionally, I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in arranging the return of the faulty 

It should be noted that I am not the only review of such there are many others and it is abundantly clear that this is not a real Italian furniture rather or knock off made in California
