Complaint Review: Mobility 4 less

Mobility 4 less The company received my deposit for a mobility scooter in August and I have not been able to reach the company since. I've made several attempts in contacting them by phone, email and text but to no avail.  The company will not refund my money. Arizona Phoenix

In August i made contact for the first time with Mobility 4 less to purchase and make a deposit for a mobility scooter.  Two weeks after I submitted my check payment, I tried to contact the business on August 26, 2020 over concerns of the check but I was unsuccessful in making contact with anyone.  Through the month of September, I've made several more attempts by email, phone and text however no one would reply.  I even sent a dissatisfied customer email but the company wouldn't budge. 

In September I called my financial institution and got them involved however they were unable in contacting them as well.  On October 6, 2020, I sent an email informing Mobility 4 less that I'd contacted my bank and would contact my local police department and then and only then did they respond.  However they cancelled my purchase and will not give me a refund and once they informed me of that, they stopped responding to me on October 6, 2020. 

I was only able to make one payment, I tried several times to make contact with Mobility but to no avail and they cancelled my order without giving me a refund.
