Mobile Posse, Steve Sincavage, Brian Dengler (Mobile Posse General Counsel), and Steve Drill attempted to steal IP intellectual property unrelated to their core business strong arming a contractor(s) and refusing to pay bills on-time.

Furthermore, work was stolen (software code assets, programming for hourly payments) and unpaid for. Mobile Posse owes contractors funds and is refusing to pay on time or acknoqledge a payment schedule. Late fees were unpaid, payments were often late.

Unfortunate and so Untrue

The report is unfortunate, undeserved and untrue. We at Mobile Posse pride ourselves on taking care of our vendors. We've implemented procedures to expedite processing of invoices. And we do not steal intellectual property rights from our vendors or anyone else. Since the complainant is hiding behind the veil of anonymity, its hard for us to provide an explanation on why the accuation in the report is not true. We believe we know the source of the complaint and based on this assumption, the claim that we refuse to pay bills on time is specious. In this situation, only two invoices are involved, and both are less than a week old and well within any deadline to act on the invoices. On the other hand, Mobile Posse will dilligently protect its own intellectual property rights, but it will not attempt to "steal" IP rights of others.
