Miracle Mink Hair - Shashicka Hill I paid $200 for a 14 inch custom body lace front wig I received a wig worth $20 Brunswick Georgia
I purchased a wig online after watching many videos and glowing reviews about Miracle Mink Hair. The first red flag the wig was sent in a USPS legal flat rate envelope. Meaning the wig was flat and lifeless upon opening. Once I opened the envelope the wig was not 14 inches but 12 with a flimsy lace front which if cut the wig would have no support. I called the number attached to the wig and the woman became very aggressive. At this point I became equally aggressive and was hung up on. According to their guarantee you are supposed to be able to return the wig as long as it has not been cut or damaged. When I asked about this there has been no response. Since I used Paypal I went back to Paypal requesting a refund and the owner Ms. Hill lied to Paypal stating I had cut the wig, I sent multiple pictures showing the wig still intact, she never responded. This transaction happened on December 2, 2017, I am still waiting for my refund and to return this tacky wig.
