Complaint Review: Miracle Blade LLC

Miracle Blade, LLC Billed Credit Card 99.80 for 39.90 order. Customer service called me an Idiot Los Angeles California

I ordered a miracle blade set and received it with no problem. I really like the set of blades until now.
On 10/24/07 I went to the web site to purchase a block for the blades for $29.95 + $9.95 shipping. On 10/26/07 my credit card was charged $99.80.

I called the customer service number and the gentleman named John O'Conner, emplyee #6058, told me that if I wasn't such an idiot, I would have seen the check that is automatically put in the buy one set of blades and get one free box. I was only looking for a block. He then told me that I could give the 2 sets of blades away for x-mas presents and laughed, he also told me that I could keep the 2 sets and he would take $20.00 off. I told him that this was not to my liking. I wanted the charges removed. He told me that the order was already shipped and that he would put a return label in the mail for me to send the 2 sets back.

I then asked to speak with a Manager. He stated that there was no-one on the floor.

10/27/08 0915 I called Miracle blade yet again, spoke with a Cathy? who told me that she would put a return label in the mail to me. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and she stated that they were all in a meeting for an hour. I gave her my home phone number and she assured me that a manager would call me back within one hour. I gave the manager 4 hours to call me back. They never did. So I called back, spoke with someone named Carl and he stated that the supervisors managers were in a meeting, yeah right 5 hour meeting. He then changed his story and told me that there were none on the floor.

I would not do business with this company ever again. I am also going to notify the Better Business Burearu and anyone else that will listen to me. They should not be allowed to do this to the public. I have notified my bank to put a fraud complaint in against this company and to prevent any further billing from this company.
