Now Mike Weston tells the court that "That the Plantiff seeks wages as a result of being an employee of Weston Machine and Specialty Company,Inc. At no time has he performed
sevices for any of the Defendants in any capacity. The Defendants
Named are Mike and Gail Weston.
"That none of the Defendants in this action have any legal obligation to pay the wages of a third party.None of these Defendants are successors nor have any of the liabilities of Weston Machine and Specialty Company, Inc. been assumed by any of the Defendants."
Mike and Gail Weston were C.E.O., Owners and President of Weston Machine and Specialty, so they have bought back the Machines of Weston Machine at the Banks auction and start a new company under the name of Precision Machine Werks, and think they don't have to pay us. Mike and Gail Weston are both "Pathological- Habitual LIARS."- I REPEAT LIARS.
