Complaint Review: Mikael Benfredj - Patchwork Virtual Offices

Mikael Benfredj is a Scam Artist who tried to collect for office space one year in advance then declared he will call the police if payment was not made. 

Here is his threat email:

I'm Mikael, the founder of the company. There are some legal issues involved regarding this contract. We have an agreement with the Police to legally host companies. If we don't comply they will take down this agreement;

One of the many requirements is to let them know if a company is not paying for the service.

So either you pay now for the period of April to the end of september (6 months) and we can stop this contract in a good way or you're not paying and we will have to send a warning to the police regarding the company.

There will be no discussion and no other email from us. 

We don't have time for this, the time we've already spent with your contract and emailing you is already way too much.

No payment in cash

paypal is ok > paypal@patchwork.co you have to pay for a total of 280,80 € (39*6 + VAT)

if we don't receive the payment today we will send the warning to the police by monday.
