Why did the Auditor overlook a scam approved by a salesperson at a General Motors TPA?


How was a family plan able to be used without the employees knowledege?


A salesperson should not have the power to sale a family plan to a customer by logging into Family Plan nine times with no red flag questioned/


Records Auditor over looked a scam and instead of holding the salesperson/Dealership responsible who abused the system they are concealing with a fraud unity with in a corporation as a cover.
