If using Michael R. Hanrahan to prolong your freedom in his criminal defense capacity, this is your guy, to the point that he could infuriate a presiding judge to the point of publicated repramand as noted in attached article titled: "Judge in Circle K murder case yells at lawyers: Be ready Monday!"

Whether for criminal defense matters, or in our case a family law matter, It would be imperative to be WELL VESTED financially, as Michael R. Hanrahan PA will concievably use well-polished diversionary tactics to prolong even the simplest of hearings. By personal knowledge, I have seen Mr. Hanrahan delay a proceeding 40 minutes prior to its commencement with a filing before driving to the courthouse. Imagine waiting as his client to proceed, only to now have to take another day off of work and Michael R. Hanrahan PA's meter continuing to run up costs.

On the other side of things, Michael R. Hanrahan PA does not always extend professinal coutesy to his peers within The Bar. I have seen him attempt to advise opposing counsel that his client will self serve and potentially endanger their own compliance with court orders, subsequently complicating matters for his own clients.

Now for some of the diversionary tactics of Michael R. Hanrahan PA. The firm uses a "Look behind you judge, It's Elvis!!" approach. As the aforementioned particular quote has yet to literally make its way into the courtroom, Michael R. Hanrahan PA has inundated the simplest of hearings with a sunami of filings that are solely for the purpose of delay. In that, all of his last minute filings, he would then request that all of his 11th hour filings would need to be addressed prior to the actual matters using the judicial time allotment for what the court originally intended.

As for the attchments, we can all thank God for a strong prosecutuion or a weak defense!

IT ALSO TAKES A STRONG, SMART PRESIDING JUDGE TO IDENTIFY THESE TACTICS AND CALL HIM OUT ON THEM
