Complaint Review: Michael O'Brien - Attorney

Attorney Michael P. OBrien, Michael Paul O'Brien, registration number: 4118642 of the First Department of Judicial Admission located in Manhattan, NY, Providence College and Suffolk Law School graduate, and previously employed by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, McCarthy, Small, & Associates, and presently of his own law firm, O'Brien Law Firm PLLC, engaged in criminal behavior in the State of Rhode Island during his high school and college days, and there after, inclusive of "setting up" individuals to take the fall for his own personal, and the benefit of his friends, and entities in the State of Rhode Island, some of whom, he worked with, at a State of Rhode Island political level.

To be clear, Mr. Obrien, and his friends, sought to frame innocent individuals to absolve themselves from crimes and or lawsuits, then use it as a springboard to begin thier lives anew, start essentially "fresh", without the pesky baggage of their criminality and become what is supposed to look like to others as, upstanding, professional, citizens. All while other innocent people pay for it. All of which is garbage. 

Now, and for a few years, you have been entrusting Michael O'Brien with your legal lives. Someone who lacks any integrity, you are entrusting to do what is best in your interests.

If the State of New York, and the City of New York, desires to collude with Rhode Island to harbor its "scrubbed" criminals, that's their problem. However, your decision to hire Michael O'Brien becomes your problem the moment you do so because his past, and most undoubtedly, present, conduct proves he possesses ZERO integrity....and continues to run.
