I am the manager of the Super 8 Motel in Ocala, FL. Mr. Filimoniuk was a guest last night and made an unverifiable, but possible complaint of a roach in his room, demanded a full refund and made veiled threats to post the incident on RR if we didn't give him the refund. During the conversation, he claimed his brother was the founder of Ripoff report, and later also claimed to be half owner of same.
As is our policy, we gave him a 30% refund since we could not prove or disprove his claim. After leaving he called on the phone later, having "Talked to his accountant" said we had shorted him $10 of the promised refund, and again threated to "Put us on the entire internet" and on RR, at which point we hung up on him.
We thought that this was probably not the first time he has done this, and it probably won't be the last.

The manager of this hotel has Violated the florida statutes the Privacy act By stealing my quest registration and use it unlawfully way. By defaming me with lying and cunning craftiness for his gain. He, David Bartlett runs a filthy hotel called hotel 8 off I 75 and has robbed our guest registration for his unlawful act to defame me Using My allies name Michael Filimoniuk which is not my name.
My true name Is Michael Spengler David has declared war on me, so i must respond with truth . Yes Ed the owner Of Ripoff Report Is a good man and i have learned of him he is like a brother to me . Having his personal number to contact him I have not spoken to him regards to this matter.
