Being blackmailed by Paola, Kansas Treasurer's office to pay a FAKE tax lien because we were trying to sue their relative our ex-landlords ( fake landlords weren't filed in Kansas as proper landlords) who leased land to us in Kansas.
We did a rent-to-own on a mobile home we paid it in full the Problem is after it was paid in Full the former owner Katrina Hinton, refused to get her ex-husband to sign the Title on it. We never filed any Title on it because we had NO PROPER title.
DMV at Paola, Kansas Tried to Print us up a FAKE TITLE for it. Reason they did that was because Influential ex landlord is tied into Commissioners and related to Peolpe who work for the Town but ESPECIALLY because John and Joann Gangel gave all the Property for FREE both Paola, KS City Buildings are built on and Police Station too.
Yesterday at Motor Vehicle they contacted State spoke to Leanne Phellps - Assistant Director for Motor Vehcilces in Kansas who said PAY fine? PHELLPS OWN SYSTEMS CONTAINS VIN NO SHOWS PROPER OWNER WAS KATRINA HINTON NOT US !!!!!!!!!

Been trying to find out exactly who person who 2nd person trying to Extort money on fake tax lien is. I have found out there's several members of Westboro Church family members working in Kansas state jobs sickening. The Church who is Anti-Military, Anti-Catholic, Anti-gay.
Is this the same Leanne Phelps with the Westboro Church people who is trying this?? Now hoping to find an Attorney who is ex-Military and also Catholic to see if it is.
Ran name through State Directory and a Lee Phelps was listed under that Directory under Department of Revenue but need to verify. Their other family members all tied into the Department of Corrections spots too. IF she is the same person??

UPDATE TO STORY: After Thieves working in MIAMI COUNTY KS reported for their attempted Extortion Embezzlement and Fraud on FAKE TAX LIEN and also DMV Worker Leanna Phellps in on it. Spoke to Dept. Revenue who overseas DMV. MIAMI COUNTY MISSED 20 Steps Filing fake Tax Lien MAIN ONE IT NEVER WENT TO COURT ! Dept of Revenue again by the Vin No. Confirms KATRINA HINTON as owner not us ! THREATS been Coming into our old phone number coming from Phone No. 972-843-7943. Ran it off caller ID went to call number it goes to Music doesn't even ring. Wonder who the COWARD is behind the number ? Changed Number. Called DMV back How funny Topeka DMV Dept. now claiming she's only a Manager within DMV instead now. Our Local DMV said she was 2nd in charge of DMV. Phellps Has Taken a Personal Interest in our matter Hey Crook Phellps. Look at your dam system Crook at the Vin No and who the REAL Owner states as Name. You shouldn't have that JOB your crooked !!!!!!! Your cloak and dagger games are for kids. Miami County still threatening to send Sherrif's out of their Jurisdiction to where we live now. The couple who have avoided ALL Laws in Kansas since donating free land to both Miami County Municpal Building and Their Police Department How many people do you know do a Rent-to-Own on a NON EXISTENT address in State of Kansas on any records in a County for Years !. Phone Calls have been made to Roger Hamms Deputy Director of Revenue who confirmed owner not us on Fake Tax lien. Call made to Derek Schmidt's Office Attorney General his office we can't get involved and Ironic part Tax Appeals Dept cant get involved they said WHY because we not the owner of on file on the FAKE TAX LIEN but noone helps to bust Crooked Officials of Miami County Kansas or DMV. Oh by the way. Miami County Kansas has NUMEROUS taxes on Resident in that County that NOT EVEN State was aware of they charge false taxes for ownership on and there's not even Federal Guidelines for either !

Not only did PAOLA and its Town Officers HIDE the property it was NEVER LISTED for Tax Purposes EVER to anyone. Our old street address was non-existent the only record proving it was there is our old Electric Bills and Mail !! Paola Kansas needs to have the Commissioner, Gangel's Best friend, The Tax Accessor, Arrested for ALL FRAUD they HID FOR YEARS ON STATE OF KS. All for relative and friend who gave out free property to a Town.
