Complaint Review: Mi Familia Medical / All Smiles Dental in Dallas

I produced interior signs for Mi Familia Medical in Dallas who is a sister company to All Smiles Dental owned by Dr. Richard Malouf. The signs were approved by Dr. Malouf prior to production. The signs were produced and invoices were provided to the Operations Manager and turned into corporate. I waited 30 days without delivery of the payment and then called The Corporate Office where i spoke with Lauren Campbell. Lauren Campbell responded with a statement that she had never recieved the invoice. I resent it to her thinking that it was overlooked in their office. I waited a few days then called her back and would not get a response.

I called the owner of the company and Dr. Richard Malouf told me that he thought the signs were made and given to him for free. Over $900 in signs for free is what he said. He told me he would not pay me at all for any of them and hung up on me. I've attempted to contact him on several occasions but he refuses to acknowledge the debt. I sent Lauren Campbell an email demanding payment be made in full and she acknowledges the debt but stated that they would not pay it. I will move forward in small claims court to fight for my money and will contact any and every media outlet letting the public know not to do business with All Smiles Dental or Mi Familia Medical in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. It's been 10 months to this date without payment.
