I have been trying to get a new cell phone from the cell phone that MetroPCS sold me that did not work from day one. I have  been paying insurance since I have had this phone (and Assurance cell phone insurance company) since I have been paying $7 a month since I have had the phone for over 3 years stated they will not cover my phone? because it does not work and I could not dial 911 in a life-threatening emergency where I had signal (but the phone did not work) and they said they will not cover it and it is too bad if I die.but they are there to charge people rates for insurance but not cover the damage phones because if they did? They would be out of business if they covered damaged cell phones. This company is not legit and is a scam robbing people of hard-earned money to cover their cell phones which they refuse to do. MetroPCS should give me a New phone because the insurance company that they have providing their members service, is  illegitimate and will not cover claims and do not care that their cell phone and insurance coverage almost murdered a cell phone payee.
