This Co is using a practice of billing you for services that you have not used. They take it upon themselves to send you your bill for the next year for beeper service. upon not replying to the bill they take it upon themselves to keep it active and not only bill you for fees but also, when you tell them that you do not want to continue, they hit you with a early termination fee. Then your told by their customer cacellation dept that its because of customers like me that they are in bankruptcy.

I pay my bills for services that I use , but not for scam billing practices inwhich this co has been using. There are many complaints as to this co and the way it does busness. There it power in numbers and if you have recieved the same treatment do something about it. The govt. agencies want to hear from you. Don't be threatened by them.
