We received a text message saying that we had to pay 93.50, due to my paycheck not hitting the account on the right time, we were a few hours late paying the bill. Magically, 93.50 turned into the normal monthly bill of 116 dollars. We paid the 93.50 without question, especially since we knew that's what the bill was. Upon calling the Metro PCS customer service, they refused to honor that bill amount and just offered a measley 5 dollar credit which brought what we owed down to 16 dollars and some change (I am unsure of the exact amount, I just know it was NOT the 93.50 as they had previously stated to us). This company is crooked on so many levels. This behavior needs to come to light.
