Metro PCs Locked out of metro pcs account over pin word that was never given from the retailer, Never asked for Photo ID, did not even put the right zip code on the account, my password recover question, was What is your Pets Name, and I don’t even own any animals, this company is a criminal fraud organization Los Angeles CA

Was never given a Metro PCS, * digit when I got my phone, they did not ask for my ID, a address zip code, * months later when I need to get in my account*Neither the store that I went to or MetroPCS toll number can help, and they don’t care, just ready to put your problems off to another.

I HATE metro pcs the emotional stress of being denied access to my phone my lifeline, losing customers and sales , I have child on the way can’t contact my pregnant girlfriend, because I did not know or was given a code, you can’t ask these guys for help, when I really needed,

it there is no way to express how I feel the to let the world know how much I HATE MetroPCS, this **** is very personal, if you lose or are not given a * digit code, then it’s **** your life, what company can’t help reset a password when people life riding on it, **** MetroPCS I hope they burn in HELL.
