Metro Fitness in Tucson a BIG FRAUD

Metro Fitness does not do what they say they do!
They advertise on their radio advertisements in Tucson Arizona that you get 6 months free and their are no contracts. Then I heard the radio adds say no contracts like the other companies. Not true!
It took this web site and many calls to Channel 9 "9 on your side" to bring this to the attention of the public. This story was originally filed December. When Metro Fitness signed me and others up, we did not even realize this was for a year. I received a bill demanding full payment up front. Some people even paid everything up front after hearing it on the radio, why?, they probably did not remember the advertisement.
They ended up billing me over $500 for the year! Other friends were billed even more and some for a little less!
Metro Fitness, now has a Big Big Balloon that says no contracts!
