I see all the horror stories and my story is no different. I had money in an account because of an insurance payment. I thought the money was being applied toward my payment to find out, NO. In regard to rude employees, I had a deal worked out, I was happy. I asked questions for confirmation, HE told me forget the deal, you owe us the entire amount. All I did was ask a question. He told me don't try to call back, because no one will tell me anything different? I got black balled over asking a QUESTION. I can't even go into details everything I went through. UNBELIEVABLE!

The story goes on, but to end it, I was laying in bed one evening and a real estate agent called to ask, if I was packed yet.(I knew her). What are you talking about, I replied. She said, "I'm so sorry, you didn't know, they sold your house". Imagine how I felt.

There are other details, but the again my family and I went to the auction to pay the back payment and there was no auctioneer. I thought other other back options were in play, but I guess not. I tried to cover all bases and still got screwed. Saxon, Mertiech Mortgage is good at what they do - Taking your real estate. To make things worst the house never went on the market, the agent told someone and they brought it, $50,000 over the mortgage. Nevertheless,

I'm writing this to let anyone know that If a class action suite is filed, I'm IN!!!

The problem here is most people don't have money for lawyers and they know that. We need help. Don't people try to help anymore? Guess Not, the Signs of the TIMES.
